Diamond Blaque operates a pre-employment check environment for registration, we require all candidates to complete an application form and submit a complete work history with no unexplained gaps. Photo ID and verification documents dated within the last three months are mandatory for employment within the public and local government sectors.
Full registration includes two years' standard reference; and five years for Health and Social Care roles. Candidates need to sign a Confidentiality Agreement, Right to Work Confirmation, Criminal Convictions Declaration, GDPR consent, and the Right to Represent.
